With the lockdown nowadays the younger generation is busy enjoying the luxuries of mobile, laptop and TV at an alarming rate and aren’t active and spirited daily. A fitness campaign was required. Hence, I'm happy to be part of the team which took the initiative and has come up with the Wellness Indoors Now | India Campaign (WIN_India).A good response was seen from IIT Bhubaneswar for the first challenge and this has motivated many others and I hope that participation increases as we move further into this campaign.
