Akshay is the Founder and CEO of Axys Nutrition Products Pvt. Ltd. a venture focused on developing evidence-based nutraceutical products under the brand Nutrova. Akshay has a B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology from the Centre for Biotechnology, Anna University, Chennai and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Prior to starting Nutrova, Akshay was the COO of Advy Chemical, a sister concern of Bharat Serums & Vaccines Ltd., that develops purified proteins, polyclonal antibodies and diagnostic tests. At Advy and BSV, Akshay has had the opportunity to work in R&D, QC and production alongside core responsibilities in sales and marketing.
