My name is Jashan Sanger. I am pursuing B. Tech in mechanical engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar. I am currently an elected member of the institute's student council as General Secretary, Sports. I am a part of the cricket team as well as the bhangra team and have represented iit ropar at various platforms. I have always kept my fitness at the top most priority. I have organised various Institute level competitions and programs to involve people in sports and to motivate them to improve their health and fitness. The #WINIndia campaign started by all the IITs together is a great initiative. In these tenuous times, where the country is fighting the pandemic of COVID-19, health and fitness of every individual is of great importance, the campaign will serve as a concrete step towards a healthy India.
